摘要
在分析化学品泄露影响因素的基础上,利用泄露数学模型对工程项目中盐酸储罐的泄露事故进行了定量分析计算,模拟计算出泄露的基本事故后果数据,并提出了相应的预防泄露控制措施。计算结果用于指导化工企业对危化品液体泄露进行安全监控和应急救援等,以提高企业的安全管理水平。
Based on the influencing factors of chemical leakage,a mathematical model of liquid leakage analysis was established.Quantitative analysis of hydrochloric acid leakage at engineering project storage tanks was achieved.Then the calculation data about leakage accident were simulated for control measures purposes.The results of the study can be used as reference in security monitoring and control emergency rescue and raising the level of the fire safety management for the chemical companies.
