摘要
针对传统的人工绩效考核方式存在的不足,利用.NET平台构建了一套采用B/S结构的管理人员绩效考核系统,采用LINQ to SQL数据库访问技术和多层软件架构,界面采用ASP.NET设计,实现了绩效考核的管理、评分、统计、查询等功能。利用存储过程、AJAX、数据缓存等技术优化了系统性能。系统的实际运行将有效地提高管理人员的绩效水平。
According to the insufficiency of the traditional manual appraisal,a.NET based performance appraisal system of management personnel is presented.B/S structure,LINQ to SQL data access technology and n-ayers software architecture are adopted.The interface is designed by using ASP.NET.The system realizes the function of management,appraisal,calculation and querying.The performance is optimized by using stored-process,AJAX,and cache technology.The actual operation of the system will effectively improve the performance of management personnel.
