摘要
本文系统介绍了稀散金属铟的储量、生产情况及其应用状况,重点介绍了国内外分离回收铟的工艺技术。针对不同来源的铟资源,分离回收方法也不同。文中对铅、锌冶炼系统中铟的回收及ITO靶材中铟的回收进行了总结,浸出料液中铟回收主要分为溶剂萃取分离、树脂交换分离、液膜萃取分离和中和沉淀等。文中还就铟资源的利用前景作了展望。
The resources and production and application situation of the rare metal-Indium are introduced in this article.The technology of Indium separation and recovery is emphasized in it.Different recovery methods will be adopted for the indium resource from different origin.In this article,the technologies of recovering Indium in Lead Zinc Smelting system and ITO target are summarized.The Indium recovery from leaching solution includes extraction,resins,liquid membrane and neutralization.The tendency of indium application is also probed.
