摘要
介绍吉林省吉林市吉林商业大厦重大火灾事故及其起火原因调查认定情况,认为该起火灾的直接原因是电气线路短路,而报警晚、违章关闭消防电源、起火部位上方自动喷水灭火系统管网进水阀门关闭、消防控制室人员未按消防控制室应急程序处理火灾事故等是进一步的原因。提出加大构筑社会消防安全"防火墙"工程力度,提高社会单位消防安全"四个能力";开展针对性消防宣传教育;督促单位进行消防安全演练等应对措施。
The fire accident and fire investigation of Jilin commercial mansion were introduced,The fire reason was electrical short circuit,and the underlying reasons included the delayed alarming,shutting down the fire power violated,closed inlet valve of sprinkler system above the fire seat,staffs in fire control room failing to deal with the accident according to the emergency function,et al.Suggestions was given in points of strength the project of fire safety ＂firewall＂,and improve the ＂four capabilities ＂ of society fire safety;carry out targeted fire safety education,and supervise the fire safety drilling.
