摘要
钢结构中往往有些焊缝是在复杂内力作用下工作,为了保证焊接件工作安全可靠,有必要对其强度进行分析.实践表明,三面围焊直角焊缝的破坏必在距形心半径的最远处.假设研究的材料为线弹性,多个力作用效应符合材料力学叠加原理.为此,根据钢结构国家规范公式,利用材料力学基本原理,可以解决焊缝在多个内力作用下的强度计算问题.虽然工程上焊缝出现多个内力分量的机会不多,但作为理论探讨仍有其实际意义.
In order to ensure the safe of welded components,it is necessary to analyze the steel structure's strength under complex-force action.It is known that three side welding seam always breaks at the farthest distance away from its centroid radius.If research material is elastic,multiple actions' effect accord with superposition principle of material mechanics.Therefore,the strength calculation problem of weld under multiple-force action can be solved using material mechanics principle according to the national standard formula of steel structure.Despite the chance of multiple-force act on weld is few,theoretical study still has its practical significance.
