老年肺部感染患者使用振动排痰机的疗效观察 被引量：14

摘要 目的了解振动排痰机对老年肺部感染者的排痰效果。方法 60例患者在常规治疗基础上随机分为对照组及治疗组,分别采用人工手法拍排痰及振动排痰机排痰,观察患者排痰前、后7d内的日均排痰量、肺部体征及血氧饱和度(SaO2)的改变。结果经过7d的排痰护理,两组(SaO2)均有显著提高;日均排痰量及排痰效果比较,治疗组显著优于对照组。结论振动排痰治疗可更好地改善老年肺部感染患者的呼吸功能,促进排痰,缩短病程,促进病人康复。
