摘要
通过对KCl- NH4NO3 - KNO3 - NH4Cl 体系的相图分析,理论上求证了以氯化钾和硝酸铵为原料制取硝酸钾的可能性,探讨了合理的工艺条件。然后通过实验室试验求取并验证了所取得的工艺条件,为连续试验提供了优惠的工艺条件。
By analysis of the phase diagram of the KCl NH 4NO 3 KNO 3 NH 4Cl system, the possibility is demonstrated theoretically of the production of potassium nitrate from potassium chloride and ammonium nitrate, and rational process conditions are discussed. Then, the process conditions obtained are found and proved in laboratory experiments, providing favorable process conditions for continuous experiments.
