摘要
引入自我领导理论来探寻员工成长途径,契合外界环境变化和员工个体定位转移带来的自身成长需求,从个体层面分析自我领导的流程,解析建设性思维策略、行为聚焦策略和自然报偿策略之间的联系和作用,从而给出员工自身成长途径。最后从组织的层面提出促进员工成长建议。
The self-leadership theory is introduced to explore ways of employee growth in order to meet the growing demand of the changing external environment and transfer of employees' positioning.It analyses the process of self-leadership from the individual level,and explores the linkage and effect between constructive thinking strategy,behavior focus strategy and natural rewards strategy in order to list ways of employee growth.Finally it makes suggestions for employee growth from the level of organization.
