摘要
[目的]为广东万年青水培提供科学依据。[方法]分别用不同浓度的萘乙酸和不同营养液处理广东万年青。[结果]8 mg/L萘乙酸处理后5 d生根,平均达到8.7条,新根长6.82 cm,根系生长良好,根粗、白;观叶植物营养液生长最好,平均根长13.52 cm,根生长粗壮,分叉多;平均新生有5.8片叶,叶片生长旺盛,叶色翠绿。[结论]广东万年青水培诱导生根的最佳萘乙酸浓度为8 mg/L;广东万年青水培营养液观叶植物营养液配方效果最好。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide the scientific basis for the hydroponic culture of Aglaonema modestum.[Method] The cutting of Aglaonema modestum was treated with different concentrations of NAA and different concentration solutions.And the rooting growth was tested.[Result] The new roots were born out 5 days after 8 mg/L NAA treatment.The average number of new roots was 8.7,and its length was 6.82 cm.The growth of the roots was good.The roots were thick and white.The best effect on promoting growth and development was foliage plant nutrient solution.The average root length was 13.52 cm.The roots were thick,and branching more.The average number of new leaves was 5.8.The leaf growth was vigorous,and the leaf was green.[Conclusion] The best hydroponic rooting concentration of NAA was 8 mg/L and the best effect on promoting growth and development was foliage plant nutrient solution.
