五味子醇提物对小鼠肝脏抗氧化系统及微量元素含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]研究五味子(FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS)醇提物对雄性小鼠肝脏抗氧化酶及微量元素水平的影响。[方法]40只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为阴性对照组和五味子醇提物低、中、高剂量组,连续灌胃28 d后,测定肝脏组织中还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。用HNO3-HClO4混合酸消化液消化肝脏组织,采用原子吸收光谱法测定肝脏组织中锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)和锰(Mn)4种微量元素的含量。[结果]五味子醇提物中剂量组小鼠肝脏组织中GSH和SOD含量明显高于阴性对照组。五味子醇提物中、高剂量组小鼠肝脏组织中Cu、Fe和Mn元素含量明显高于阴性对照组。[结论]五味子醇提物可明显提高小鼠肝脏抗氧化能力,并通过维持肝脏内微量元素水平而发挥其抗氧化功能。 [Objective] To study the effects of Extract of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS on the hepatic antioxidant system and trace elements of mice.[Methods] 40 male ICR mice were divided into control group and dose group with low,medium and high concentration randomly.Intragastric administration for 4 weeks,and then the content of reduced glutathione(GSH),malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the hepatic tissue were determined.The hepatic tissue was digested by HNO3-HClO4 mixed acid,and the contents of Zn,Cu,Fe and Mn etc.four trace elements in it were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.[Results] The contents of GSH and SOD in medium dose group of Extract of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS were obvious higher than that in the control group.The contents of Cu,Fe and Mn in medium and high dose groups of Extract of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS were obvious higher than that in the control group.[Conclusion] Extract of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS could enhance the hepatic antioxidant ability of mice significantly through maintaining the balance of trace elements in liver.
