摘要
以新余钢铁厂热泼钢渣为原料,对乙二醇-TG法测定钢渣中游离氧化钙含量的方法进行了探讨。分别用乙二醇对氧化钙、氧化镁和氢氧化钙进行滴定,用TG-DTA法对比表面积为500m2/kg不同水化龄期的钢渣和不同掺量氢氧化钙的钢渣进行分析。结果表明,乙二醇可以准确测定钢渣中的总钙(游离氧化钙和氢氧化钙)含量,TG-DTA法可以准确测定钢渣中的氢氧化钙含量,两者之差为游离氧化钙的含量,因此,乙二醇结合TG法可以测定钢渣中真实的游离氧化钙的含量,准确率在95%以上;将该方法用于测定新余钢铁厂热泼钢渣,得到游离氧化钙含量为3.17%。
The glycol-TG method has been investigated as a means of determining the content of free CaO in steel slag.Glycol was used to measure the content of pure CaO, pure MgO and pure Ca(OH)2.TG-DTA analysis was used to analyze steel slag,with a specific surface area of 500m2/kg,after different hydration times.Samples of steel slag containing different quantities of Ca(OH)2 were also tested by TG-DTA.The results indicate that the glycol method can be used to give an accurate measure of the content of free CaO and Ca(OH)2 in the steel slag,whilst the TG-DTA method can give an exact measure of the content of Ca(OH)2 in the steel slag.The difference between these two values is the content of free CaO.Therefore,the content of free CaO in steel slag can be measured by the combined glycol-TG method,with a precision of more than 95%.This method has been employed to study hot splashing steel slag from the Xinyu Iron and Steel Company.The content of free CaO in this hot splashing steel slag was found to be 3.17%.
