摘要
目前现场应用的活动式井下节流器在投捞过程中存在操作程序复杂、作业周期长等情况。为提高工作效率,进行了免钢丝打捞井下节流器及其配套工具的研制。该节流器采用预置工作筒式结构,投送时用井口投送捕捉器直接将节流器芯子投入井中,依靠节流器芯子自身的重力下行,最终进入工作筒并锁定在工作筒内。打捞时从井口将打捞器投入井中,当打捞器与节流器芯子对接后,利用井内天然气上升气流的能量使打捞器带动节流器一起到达井口,由井口投送捕捉器捕捉,完成节流器的打捞。现场试验表明,免钢丝投捞井下节流器工作性能可靠,投送、打捞工艺简单,是一项值得推广应用的井下节流新技术。
In the dropping fishing process of movable downhole chock,complex operating procedure and long operation period universal existed in construction site at present.Steel wire free dropping fishing downhole chock and the relevant equipments were proposed to improve work efficient.This new chock adopted presetting working barrel structure,dropped in the core of chock directly into well using drop in and capture tool in wellhead,then the chock core dropped in depending on self gravity,and finally got into the working barrel and locked it.When fishing it back,first putted the fisher into well from wellhead,second,the energy of ascending natural gas-current in the well derived the fisher to took the chock into ground after the former docking with the chock core,in the end,the fisher captured by drop in capture tool in the wellhead and finished the chock fishing.Field application illustrated that steel wire free dropping fishing downhole chock is stable in work performance,and easy to drop in and fishing,which is worthy to deployment as a new technique of downhole throttling.
