摘要 目的总结视网膜静脉栓塞的临床治疗要点。方法应用氩激光治疗视网膜中央静脉栓塞105例108眼。按初始视力分为3组,Ⅰ组10眼,Ⅱ组34眼,Ⅲ组64眼。对视力、眼压、视网膜/视盘新生血管以及黄斑水肿情况进行了5~44个月的随访,平均随访22个月。结果Ⅰ组,10眼中9眼最终视力稳定。Ⅱ组,视力预后不同,最终视力进步8眼(24%),稳定15眼(44%),下降11眼(32%)。Ⅲ组,95%治疗后视力<0.1,视力进步、稳定、下降各占1/3。结论对视力预后的估计取决于初始视力。 Objective To sumup clinical management guidelines for eyes with centralretinal vein occlusion. Methods A total of 108 eyes in 105 patients, with central retinalvein occlusion (CRVO) were treated with Argon laser. Three groups were divided accordingto their initial vision. There were 10 eyes in the first group, 34 eyes in the second group and64 eyes in the third group. We observed the patients visual acuity, introcular pressure,retinal/optical disk neovascularization and macular edema. These patients were followed upfor 5-44 months (x=22). Results Nine tenths of eyes in the first group maitained theirvisual acuity in the same range at the end of the study. Patients in the second group showeda variable outcome: Eight eyes were improved (24 %), 15 eyes remained unchanged (44%) and11 eyes got worse (32%). Patients in the third group had poor vision prognosis.Approximately one third of eyes showed no changes in visual acuity during the sutdy period,one third improved by at least two lines, and one third lost two or more lines. ConclusionVisual acuity outcome was largely dependent on initial visual acuity.
