摘要
在乙醇介质60℃水浴加热的条件下,合成了铒(Er)-谷氨酸(L-Glu)-邻菲啰啉(Phen.H2O)三元稀土配合物,并利用摩尔电导、络合滴定分析、红外光谱(IR)、热重-差热(TG-DTG)等测试分析,测定配合物的化学组成为:[Er(Ш)(Glu)2Phen]Cl3.2H2O.通过循环伏安测定了配合物在铂盘工作电极上的电化学行为,在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH≈6.0)中配合物{[Er(Glu)2Phen]Cl3.2H2O}和ErCl3.6H2O在-0.3V~-1.0V(νs.SCE)电位范围内均表现出电化学活性,配合物的电化学活化中心是Er3+,该配合物为准可逆体系。在扫描速率:0.05V/s~0.2V/s范围内,配合物的还原峰电流与扫描速率呈现递增关系。
In ethanol medium,one solid ternary complex of Rare earth(Er) and glutamic acid(L-Glu) and 1,10-phenanthroline(Phen·H2O) was synthesized at 60℃,and use of molar conductance,complexometric titration analysis,infrared spectra(IR),TG-DTG analysis test to determine the complex chemical composition: [Er(Ш)(Glu)2Phen]Cl3·2H2O.Determined complex electrochemical behavior by cyclic voltammetry at a platinum working electrode,complex {[Er(Glu)2Phen]Cl3·2H2O} and ErCl3.6H2O have shown the electrochemical activity at-0.3V ^-1.0V(νs.SCE) in the HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH≈6.0).The electrochemical active center is Er3+ in rare earth complex.The results showed the complex was a quasi-reversible system,and it shows the increasingly relationship of the reduction peak current of complex with scan rate at(0.05V/s ~ 0.20V/s).
