摘要
采用湿法消解处理实施和未实施插核手术的马氏珠母贝的贝肉和贝壳,用ICP-AES、ICP-MS测定了其中Ca、Zn、Fe、Mg、Mn等14种矿物元素的含量,通过对比各矿物元素含量的变化来探究珍珠形成机理。结果表明插核后马氏珠母贝的贝肉和贝壳的矿物元素含量都发生了不同程度的变化,贝肉中的大部分矿物元素在插核后明显上升,其中Mn的上升率高达55.21%,另外Zn、Mg、Ca、Cu、Co、Se上升也较明显;贝壳中Zn、Fe、Mg、S、Ca、Se、Ni的含量也较未插核的大,但Mn的含量却明显降低,下降率为69.48%。
The flesh and the shell of Pinctada martensii was processed by wet digestion method.The main 14 mineral elements of the samples were determined by ICP-AES and ICP-MS,by comparing the changes of the content of each mineral element in Pinctada martensii before and after pearl-nucleus-inserting to explore the formation mechanism of pearls.The results show that the content of mineral elements in the flesh and the shell of Pinctada martensii before and after pearl-nucleus-inserting varies at different degree,many of mineral elements in the flesh of Pinctada martensii increased obviously after pearl-nucleus-inserting,the content of Mn increased by 55.21%.Moreover,the content of Zn,Mg,Ca,Cu,Co,Se also went up remarkablely.The content of Zn,Fe,Mg,S,Ca,Se,Ni in the shell of Pinctada martensii after pearl-nucleus-inserting was higher than that in the shell before pearl-nucleus-inserting.But the content of Mn decreased by 69.48%.
