摘要
借鉴平衡计分卡的基本原理,构建了一个农业科技推广机构平衡计分卡模型,根据模型选取了评价指标,构建了绩效评价指标体系,并提出了相应的操作方法。
According to the basic principle of balanced scorecard,a balanced scorecard model about the performance evaluation of the agricultural extension agencies was built.Based on this model,evaluation indicators were selected,the performance evaluation system was built,and the corresponding operation methods were proposed.
