摘要
目的:应用胶原蛋白凝胶对各类浅Ⅱ度以下烧伤创面进行护理,观察其临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将76例激光、光子治疗术后及浅Ⅱ度烧伤、严重日晒伤的患者随机分为3组,胶原蛋白凝胶治疗组33例,表皮生长因子凝胶治疗组23例,空白对照组(凝胶基质)20例,观察3组的创面愈合、疼痛缓解时间及有无局部刺激性、过敏反应等。结果:胶原蛋白凝胶组创面愈合时间同表皮生长因子凝胶组无明显差异,但在色素沉着发生率及疼痛缓解时间上均有明显下降(P<0.05);所有患者均未见明显的不良反应。结论:胶原蛋白凝胶可促进美容性皮肤创面的修复,减少创面色素沉着发生,疗效好,安全性高,值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective To discuss the application of collagen gel in skin wound care and understand the compliance of the users and sum up the clinical effect.Methods Collagen gel and EGF gel were used for treatment of various dermatosis patients after treatment with laser and IPL and some patient with Ⅱ degree burn wound.Results The extinctive time of skin wound was equal between two groups and the appearance of pigment in collagen group was lower than EGF group.The pain tolerance time was also shorter in collagen group than in EGF group.In addition,the two products were well accepted and satisfactory compliance in two group patients.Conclusion The clinical application of collagen is based on scientific evidence,it is well accepted by the users and good result has been achieved.Thus it is worthwhile for popularization and application in skin wound repair and beauty care.
