摘要
用10 种无机盐对酸性和碱性硅酸溶胶进行处理,研究了无机盐对胶凝时间的影响。研究结果表明,一般情况下无机盐使胶凝时间缩短,但FeCl3 使酸性硅酸凝胶形成时间延长。本文还分析了正、负离子的作用机理,排列了各离子影响力的大小顺序。
The effects of inorganic salts on the gelation time of an acidic (pH=1.4) and an alkaline (pH=11.0) silicic acid sol (sodium silicate solution activated by hydrochloric or citric acid) at 60℃ are investigated experimentally. The salts selected are divided into two classes: chlorides of various metals( Na, K, Mg, Ca, Al, and Fe); sodium salts of various acids(chloride, bromide, thiocyanate, carbonate, and phosphate). It is shown that in general all the inorganic salts added decrease the gelation time besides FeCl 3 which increases the gelation time of the acidic silicic acid sol. The functioning mechanisms involved in gelation at the presence of salts are analyzed and the cations (for chlorides) and anions( for sodium salts) are arranged in order of increasing influencing power for every sol/salt class group.
