摘要
在石英反应器上进行了无烟煤的燃烧实验,并研究了燃烧温度和脱硫剂种类对燃烧过程中N2O和NO等污染物排放的影响。结果表明:添加脱硫剂后,N2O产率有所降低,当Ca/S摩尔比为2,温度在820℃时的降低量最大;添加石灰石和CaO后,N2O产率的降低幅度分别达到42%和35%。煤在不添加脱硫剂燃烧时,NO产率为25.5%-31.9%,添加石灰石和CaO后,对NO产率均无明显影响。
The combustion experiment of the anthracite was performed in the quartz reactor.The influences of the combustion temperature and the kinds of the desulfurizers on the discharge of N2O and NO produced during the combustion of the anthracite were studied.The results showed that : when the desulfurizer was added,the productivity of the N2O declined;when the mol ratio of the Ca/S equaled 2,the temperature reached 820 ℃,the productivity amount of the N2O declined most;when the limestone and the CaO were added respectively,the productivity amount of the N2O declined up tp 42% and 35%.When the desulfurizer was not added,the productivity amount of the NO varied from 25.5%-31.9%.When the limestone and the CaO were added respectively,the productivity of the NO showed no variation.
