摘要
北京工业大学热能与动力工程实验教学中心着眼于培养应用型创新人才,坚持"学生为主体、教师为主导、三创为主线"的实践教学理念。开放实验室、实行导师制、力求精细化培养;以课外科技和实践活动为主要载体,鼓励自主实践;依托学院优势、注重学科交叉;紧密接触行业、注重国际化等措施,已经形成了一条主线贯穿于3个层次的开放式实践教学体系中,形成了鲜明的办学特色,并取得了良好的效果。
In order to cultivate application-oriented innovative talents,a novel practice teaching mode for undergraduate students was presented by the experimental teaching demonstration center of thermal energy and power engineering in Beijing University of Technology,the main features were as follows: student-centered,teacher-guided,innovation-focused.Innovative teaching,innovative learning and innovative research established the main line of practice teaching system including three stages.Some methods were adopted such as opening laboratory for undergraduate students,student tutor for undergraduate students,student scientific research training,science technology contest,encouraging independent practice,interdisciplinarity,international exchange,and cooperative education.The spirit of innovation and practice ability of undergraduate students have been effectively promoted.
