摘要
科举制度自隋朝建立以来,历经1 300年的发展,逐渐形成了一套完整的考核管理体制。它是我国古代历时最长、影响最大的一种官吏选拔制度。科举制度以其相对的公平公正性而长期活跃于历史舞台。以科举考试中的公平公正作为研究对象,总结科举制度的利弊,取其精华,去其糟粕,对我国现代招生考试制度改革有一定的借鉴作用。
Chinese Ancient Imperial Examination got initiated in Sui Dynasty about 1,300 odd years ago.In its long course of practice,a complete managing system gradually came into being and,with its comparative fairness,has long and profound effect on Chinese system of official selecting and appointing.Chinese modern examination system might draw from it some beneficial inference.
