摘要
总结了影响延迟焦化装置加热炉长周期运行的主要因素和对策。(1)盐和固体杂质含量及特性因数等原料性质;(2)加热炉进料和燃烧系统的工艺联锁控制及缓和结焦的工艺措施(如注缓和结焦馏分,在线清焦);(3)加热炉工艺和结构设计特点及应注意的问题,如多点注汽(或注水),炉管管径和管间距,火嘴和炉管布置及对流段与辐射段的热分配。
Main factors affecting long period running of delayed coker furnace and countermeasures were summarized. (1)feedstocks properties such as salt and solid impurity contents as well as UOP K etc.; (2) interlock controls for feeding and combusting system of the furnace as well as measures to mitigate coking (such as injecting moderate distillates and on-line coke cleaning); (3 ) design features of process and configuration of the furnace as well as attentions should he paid, such as multipoint steam injecting (or water injecting), tube diameter and tube spacing of the furnace, arrangement of burners and furnace tubes and heat distributions in convection and radiation section.
