摘要 介绍了某企业煤制甲醇联产醋酸项目中关键工艺技术的选择分析。通过对国内外现有已工业化的相关工艺的对比分析,结合地区及企业实际情况,筛选出了生产工艺流程中的空分、气化、净化、CO分离、甲醇合成、醋酸合成等关键工艺技术,可为相关煤化工项目的实施和技术引进提供参考。 The paper gave a brief description of the current production process and selection of the key technologies for coalto-methanol and acetic acid plants. Technologies of the key processes of air separation, coal gasification, purification, CO separation, methanol synthesis and distillation, acetic acid synthesis, etc. were selected based on the comparison between the currently available commercialized technologies home and abroad, incorporating the actual conditions of the locality and the enterprise, thus providing theoretical reference for the implementation of relevant coal chemical industry projects and the introduction of related technologies.
