低压羰基合成醋酸装置中甲醇加入量的控制与应用

摘要 利用自动化控制技术对低压羰基合成醋酸装置中甲醇的加入量进行了精确控制,有效避免了因甲醇加入量过多而导致的系统波动或停车问题,且提升了反应转化率,降低了醋酸生产成本,计算参数可较好反映出催化活性,对醋酸合成具有指导意义。 Precise control on the methanol feed amount for an acetic acid plant based on low pressure carbonyl synthesis was adopted to avoid excessive feeding of methanol into the unit, as a result, correlative fluctuation and shutdown of the system could be avoided. Furthermore, the conversion rate could be effectively improved and the production cost for acetic acid could be decreased. The calculated parameters can well reflect the catalytic reactivity, which is of great consequence for the guidance of acetic acid synthesis.
