Triton X-100在磷脂酰丝氨酸-胆固醇分子层的嵌入量的计算与分析

摘要 运用热力学吉布斯吸附方程和表面张力公式,计算了不同膜压下磷脂酰丝氨酸-胆固醇形成分子层中非离子去污剂Triton X-100嵌入量、Triton X-100"过剩量"以及体系中对应的自由能的变化.结果表明:随着膜压的不断增大,磷脂酰丝氨酸-胆固醇分子层中Triton X-100的嵌入量逐渐增大.单位面积内Triton X-100"过剩量"和体系自由能变化量均与分子层膜压成正比. The insertion of non-ionic detergent Triton X-100 in the Phosphatidyle thanolamine/cholesterol bilayer has been studied by the Gibbs adsorption equation and surface tension equation.The equations are deduced to give out the "excess" molar amounts of Triton X-100 and the variation of free energy in the system.The results showed that the insertion molar amounts and the "excess" molar amounts of Triton X-100 is increased as the surface pressure increase.The variation of free energy is in proportion to the surface pressure of bilayer.
