摘要
结合邯宝公司生产现场实际,借助信息管理系统,设计了集批热送热装的生产组织模式,对常规的板坯直接热装轧制(简称"DHCR")进行系统改进。解决了炼钢厂2台连铸机四流同时进行热装轧制时,由于炼钢到热轧的运输辊道短,且只有1台连铸机辊道可以直接装炉造成的原DHCR计划中实物板坯装炉顺序无法保证的矛盾,使邯宝公司板坯热送比例由原来的不到10%提高到50%以上。
According to field conditions in Han Steel Group Hanbao Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,production organization model of batch hot delivery and hot charging in hot rolling have been designed with information management system.The Direct Hot Charging Rolling(referred to as "DHCR") has been systematically improved to solve the four strands which belong to two caster at the same time when the hot charge rolling.As the hot-rolled steel roller transport short,and only a caster roller can charging,the original plan DHCR slab charging order was modified,making slab hot delivery ratio in Hanbao Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.from less than 10% to 50%.
