摘要
对青岛市2008年危险废物申报数据统计结果分析的基础上,根据喷涂工艺所涉及的行业类型、地区分布和漆渣产量等影响因素,选择10家具有代表性的漆渣产生企业进行现场调查取样,对漆渣的基本理化性质、重金属浸出毒性和5种酞酸酯(PAEs)含量进行了检测与危险特性评价。研究表明:(1)漆渣的基本理化性质受喷涂工艺、油漆类型和行业类型等因素影响;(2)重金属浸出毒性均低于《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》(GB 5085.3—2007)规定的浸出液最高允许浓度,从重金属浸出毒性角度分析,漆渣危险特性较低;(3)9个漆渣样品中PAEs类化合物检出主要为酞酸二正丁酯(DBP)和酞酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP),其余3种PAEs均未检出,从PAEs类化合物含量分析,漆渣危险特性较低。
On the basis of analyzing Qingdao hazardous waste report in 2008,10 typical companies were selected as study object according to the difference of industry,productivity,painting technology and location,and the site investigation and sample collecting were conducted.The physical and chemical properties,heavy metals leaching toxicity,and five kinds of PAEs levels of paint slag samples were analyzed.The result shows that: 1) The basic physical and chemical nature of paint slag is affected by painting types,product types,painting technology and other factors;2) The leaching toxicity of heavy metals was lower than the standard values of the GB 5085.3-2007.From the perspective of heavy metals leaching toxicity analyzing,paint slag has low hazardous properties;3) DBP and DEHP are dominated PAEs in paint slag samples,and others 3 PAEs were undetected.From the point view of PAEs contents,the paint slag has low hazardous properties.
