摘要
通过对比烧结法流程与低温拜耳法流程的异同,提出烧结法嫁接低温拜耳法的新思路。工业生产运行证明,烧结法嫁接低温拜耳法是可行的,能够大幅度降低氧化铝制造成本,为进口三水铝石矿的应用和烧结法转变生产方式,开辟了一条新路。
By comparison between the Sintefing process and low temperature Bayer process, it proposes a new concept combining Sintering process with low temperature Bayer process. The practical production proves that it is practicable,greatly reducing the production cost of alumina and opening an approach for the application of imported gibbsite and the conversion of the Sintering process.
