摘要 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（subclinical hypothyroidism）是指血清促甲状腺激素（thyroid-stimulating hormone,TSH）水平升高,血清游离甲状腺素（free thyroxine,FT4）和游离三碘甲腺原氨酸（free triiodothyronine,FT3）水平正常,患者没有或几乎没有甲状腺功能减退的相应症状和体征的甲状腺疾病,简称亚临床甲减[1],好发于老年及女性[2,3],临床症状不典型或缺乏,诊断有赖于实验室检查.
