摘要 目的:通过案例教学实践和问卷调查,总结案例教学法在护理与法教学应用中的作用、效果,探讨案例教学法的影响因素和存在的问题,从而为护理与法教学方法的改革提供建议。方法:在护理与法教学中采用案例教学法,并用效果评价问卷调查其效果。结果:案例教学法以其任务指向明确、突出护生主体性、抽象知识具体化、教学互动、利于培养护生的综合能力等诸多优势,得到护生一致认可,收到了满意的教学效果,但也存在难以涵盖护理与法的所有教学内容,设计费时,对教学条件要求较高等制约因素。结论:案例教学法注重护生的能力培养,但有局限性,需与其他教学法联合应用,才能取得最佳教学效果。 Objective: Through practice of case method and questionnaire survey, to summarize the effect and efficacy of case method used in the "Nursing and the Law", and to explore the effective factors and problems of case method, so as to provide a good advice and direction of development for the reform of methods in teaching "Nursing and the Law".Methods:To teach the nursing students with case method,and investigate the effect with a questionnaire. Results: Case method were unanimously endorsed by the students for many advantages such as a clear point on its mandate, highlighting student subjectivity,embodiment of the abstract knowledge,the teaching interaction and the contribution to develop comprehensive capacity. The teaching effectiveness was satisfactory, but there are also some other constraints such as being difficult to cover all the teaching content of the subject, time-consuming in design and high-demanding on teaching conditions. Conclusion: Case method focuses on capacity-building, but there are limitations. The best teaching and learning effect should be achieved combining with other teaching methods.
