摘要
目的:探讨护生实习前在操作训练中增加Microsim医学模拟培训系统的应用。方法:以该校2007级三年制护理专业的16个班为研究对象。在实习前的操作训练中,对照组采用传统的情境模拟进行操作练习,实验组采用情境模拟加Microsim医学模拟培训系统进行操作练习。结果:实验组操作考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护生实习前在操作训练中增加Microsim医学模拟培训系统能提高护生的自主学习能力、整体认识能力、现场反应能力、知识掌握能力等,充分体现以护生为主体、教师为主导的教学理念,全面提高护生的综合素质。
Objective: To investigate the effect of adding Microsim Medical Simulation Training System in operation training before nursing students'clinical practice. Methods: The participants were grade 3 students in 16 classes of our college. The control group operated traditional scenario simulation exercises, while experimental group added Microsim scenario simulation training system besides traditional exercises in intensive operation training before nursing students'clinical practice. Results: Operational test scores in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control groups (P0.01). Conclusion: Adding Microsim Medical Simulation Training System in operation training before nursing students'clinical practice could improve the students'self-learning ability, the overall cognitive ability, on-site response capacity and knowledge grasping ability. In the meantime this method could fully reflect the nursing students-centered, teacher-oriented teaching philosophy and comprehensively improve nursing students'overall quality.
