摘要
目的:对上前牙嵌入型脱位采用复位后早期根管治疗,观察其疗效。方法:回顾性分析28例上前牙嵌入型脱位病例共54粒患牙早期根管治疗的临床资料,采用牙弓夹板和钢丝行脱位牙固定,并于术后2周进行根管治疗,固定术后4周拆除牙弓夹板,术后3、6个月复诊拍摄患牙根尖片并结合临床检查评价疗效。结果:54粒患牙治疗成功42粒,好转9粒,总有效率为90.4%。结论:上前牙嵌入型脱位进行早期根管治疗可取得良好的临床效果。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of treatment for embedded dislocation of forward teeth in maxillary with root canal therapy in early stage. Methods： 54 teeth in 28 patients with embedded dislocation of forward teeth in maxillary were collected. Forward teeth in maxillary were fixed with archbarsplintfixation. Root canal therapy was performed to all teeth in 2 weeks after fixation. Fixator was removed in 4 weeks after fixation. Per^apleal film was employed to examine to the prognosis of teeth in the study in 3 and 6 months. Result： 42 teeth were recovered completely after treatment as well as 9 recovering partly. The effective rate of the treatment was 90.4%. Conclusion： Root canal therapy should be performed to the embedded dislocation of forward teeth. It ean get the good clinical efficaey.
