摘要
给出了一种适用于内燃机复杂零件结构分析的简便、高精度三维边界元算法,它对非均匀、非规则网格,特别是快速疏密过渡以及含有狭长单元的网格能获得较好的计算精度,从而可放宽对内燃机复杂零件边界元网格划分的要求,对简化数据准备工作、降低计算规模和节省计算时间,以及提高计算精度等具有重要的实际意义,最后以曲轴三维边界元分析为例进行了说明。
A simple and high precision 3 D BEM (boundary element method) suitable for structure analysis of complex components in ICE is presented in this paper,which can give good result even when BEM mesh is much irregular or unequal,especially when mesh with fast graded elements and long narrow elements.With this algorithm,rules for meshing of complex components in ICE can be greatly loosened,which has practical significance for simplifying data preparing works,decreasing calculating scale and saving calculation time.As an example,3 D BEM analysis of crankshaft is demonstrated.
