摘要
数据库过量下载在我国图书馆特别是高校图书馆频繁发生,引发了各界的广泛关注。对数据库过量下载行为进行了界定,分析了数据库过量下载行为的原因,提出了规范该行为的对策和建议。
Database＇s excessive downloading,which happens frequently in the libraries especially university libraries in China,has triggered a wide concern.This paper defines the behavior of database＇s excessive downloading,analyzes the causes of the behavior of database＇s excessive downloading,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on standardizing this behavior.
