血浆置换治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎三例 被引量：3

摘要 高脂血症引起的急性胰腺炎被称为高脂血症性急性胰腺炎（hyperlipidemicacutepancreatitis，HLAP）。近年来，高脂血症人群增多，HLAP发病率增高，症状重、并发症多、易反复发作。国内大样本资料统计我国高脂血症引起的胰腺炎占急性胰腺炎病因的12．6％，病死率为11．9％。国外报道病死率最高达22％。发病率和病死率增高逐渐受到重视。我们采用血细胞分离机应用血浆置换治疗HLAP患者3例，疗效满意，报道如下。
