摘要
目的探讨奥瑞姆自我护理模式对糖尿病患儿自我管理行为的影响。方法将50例糖尿病患儿随机分为对照组及实验组各25例。对照组给予糖尿病患儿常规的护理及健康教育,实验组患儿在常规护理的基础上,给予奥瑞姆自我护理模式进行干预,干预前后用自我管理能力量表对两组患儿进行评定。结果两组患儿干预前自我管理能力评分比较(P〉0.05)。差异无统计学意义’干预后两组患儿的自我管理行为评分比较(P〈0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论奥瑞姆自我护理模式能提高糖尿病患儿的自我管理行为,从而提高患儿的生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of the Orem self- care nursing model on diabetes children's self- management behavior. Methods The 50 cases of patients with diabetes children were randomly divided into control group (25 cases) and experimental group (25 cases), control group was received routine care and health education, experimental group was given the Orem self-care nursing model for intervention basing on routine care. Before and after intervention the two groups were assessed with self-management competence scale. Results The two groups'self-management skills scoring before intervention was no significant difference (P 〉0. 05), and the two groups'self- management behavior scoring after the intervention was significant difference (P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusions The Orem self- care nursing model can improve self- management behavior of the diabetes children, and improve the quality of life in children.
