摘要
以甘蓝型双低油菜隐性核不育纯合两型系20118AB为供体,沪油15为轮回亲本,通过连续回交、自交等方法,并结合品质检测进行高含油量隐性核不育纯合两型系的转育,最终获得了1个新的纯合两型系20228AB,其含油量为47.30%。利用20228AB配置的杂交组合沪油杂7号和沪油杂8号在2009年度上海市油菜区域试验中,两组合的平均产量分别比对照沪油15增产8.9%和20.5%,平均含油量分别达47.76%和50.12%,结果表明,通过利用BCF_2群体进行连续回交转育从而获得高含油量隐性核不育纯合两型系是可行的。
The homozygous two-type recessive genic male sterile line 20118AB with double low (erucic acid and glucosinolate) content in rapeseed was used as a donor,the cultivar Huyou 15 as a recurrent parent,and a new homozygous two-type line 20228AB whose oil content was 47.3%was bred through continuous backcross and selfing as well as rapeseed quality test.Its two cross combinations (Huyouza 7 and Huyouza 8) in Shanghai regional rape test in 2009 averagely yielded respectively 8.9%and 20.5%higher than Huyou 15(CK),and their oil contents reached 47.76%and 50.12%,respectively. This indicated that it is feasible to obtain a high oil-content homozygous two-type line of recessive genic male sterility by the continuous backcross and breeding of BCF_2 population.
