摘要
总结了我国城市地下空间法制化建设取得的成就,分析了地下空间开发利用法制建设存在的问题与不足,并根据当前地下空间开发利用形势发展的需要,提出了建立并完善我国城市地下空间开发利用政策法规体系的建议。
success of our country＇s urban underground space constructing legally was summarized, and the problems and deficiencies was analyzed. According to the situation of that the policy and law can not be satisfied with the need of urban underground space development and application, the establishing and consummating the policy and law system in urban underground space development and application was proposed.
