摘要 主动性人格指个体采取主动行为影响周围环境的一种稳定倾向性。已有学者对主动性人格的结构、与新进人员适应性、工作绩效、职业生涯结果以及创业等的关系展开了一定的探究,但作为一个新兴的研究领域,未来的研究需要不断深入并进一步拓宽其应用领域,如在教育层面上与学习的关系,与学习适应、学业绩效、学习创新等的相关,也不妨作为未来的研究方向。 Proactive personality is a stable disposition toward proactive behavior, and taking action to influence one’s environment . Studies have indicated that proactive personality was closely related to many behavioral outcomes, including newcomer adjustment, job performance, career success, entrepreneurship, and its structure. The future research should be such as the cross- education studies of proactive personality, for example, the relationship between proactive personality and academic adaptation, t the relationship between proactive personality and academic performance, the relationship between proactive personality and innovation and so on.
