以终质量浓度为 5、10、25、50 μg/ L的血小板活化因子( P A F)与长白猪精子共同温育 60 m in,在此期间精子的顶体反应率( A R)都极显著高于对照组 ( P < 0.01); 终质量浓度为 100 μg/ L 的 P A F组与对照组相比, A R 差异不显著 ( P > 0.05)。由此表明,一定量的 P A F 可提高猪精子的 A R。上述 5 个质量浓度 P A F试验组中加入海风藤酮( K A D)作用后,各试验组精子 A R 都低于 P A F对照组,且随着 K A D 浓度的减小,其降低 A R 的作用逐渐减弱;在温育 5、15、25、35、45、60 m in 内, K A D 终浓度为 1.5×10- 3 、1.0×10- 3 m ol/ L组的精子 A R 均极显著低于 P A F对照组 ( P < 0.01); K A D 终浓度为 2.0×10- 5 、2.0×10- 6 m ol/ L 组的精子 A R 与 P A F对照组相比,均无显著性差异 ( P > 0.05)。此外,在温育 25、35、45 m in 时, K A D 终浓度在1.5×10- 3 ~2.0×10- 4 m ol/ L 范围内,精子 A R 均极显著低于 P A F对照组( P< 0.01)。表明?
After Landrace sperms were incubated with 5, 10, 25 and 50 μg/L Platelet Activating Factor(PAF) for 60 minutes, the percentage of acrosome reaction(AR) of sperms increased remarkably(P<0.01), as compared with the control. However, 100 μg/L PAF did not increase the AR significantly(P>0.05).The results indicated that PAF in certain concentrations could increase the AR of Landrace sperms. Kadsurenone(KAD) antagonized the effect of PAF on the AR of Landrace sperms.The lower the concentration of KAD was the weaker the antagonism would be.After incubating for 5, 15, 25, 35, 45 and 60 minutes, 1.5×10 -3 and 1.0×10 -3 mol/L KAD antagonized the effect of PAF on the AR remarkably(P<0.01); 2.0×10 -5 and 2.0×10 -6 mol/L KAD had no significant antagonism against PAF(P>0.05). In addition, after incubating with sperms for 25, 35 and 45 minutes, 1.5×10 -3 2.0×10 -4 mol/L KAD remarkably antagonized the effect of PAF on the AR(P<0.01).The results showed that KAD in certain concentrations had antagonism against PAF for certain periods of time.
