将涂覆金刚石碳( D L C) 膜的金属钛植入狗的下颌骨, 用 X 射线、光镜、透射电镜( T E M) 和扫描电镜( S E M) 等手段观测新骨细胞形貌, 数量、琥珀酸脱氢酶( S D H) 的活性以及种植体表面的骨结合情况. 结果表明, 用直流辉光放电法制备的 D L
The Titanium implants with D L C coating deposited by D. C. glow discharge process wereim planted in the bilateral mandibular of dogs in order to evaluate the bioco mpatibility of D L C coating . Thelongesttim e of implantation was four months . It was studied by X Ray examination , enzym ohistochemicalmethod ,scanning electron microscope ,transmission electron microscope in differentimplantaion peroids toexamine the metabolic degree of new bone at the intergration interface ,time , shape and number of os teoblast appearance . The results showed that me mbrance of D L C can im prove the biocompatibity of Tiim plants .
