摘要
研究了 P Z N P M N P T 陶瓷的介电、压电性能. 在 P T 物质的量分数为23 % 附近存在一个准同型相界, 在此附近的配方具有较好的压电、介电性能. 热处理后, 材料的压电、介电性能均有较大的提高, Kp 从41 % 提高到51 % , d33 从319p C/ N 提高到418p C/ N, 而相对介电常数由10010
The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of P Z N P M N P T ceramics systems were studied . The results show that the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the com position lying near the M P B arebetterthan those of other com positions . Large im provements in dielectric and piezoelectric properties werefound after annealing at 850 ℃for several hours , Kp and d33increased from 41 % and 319p C/ Nto 51 % and418p C/ N,respectively ,the relative maximum constant increased from 10010 to 14210 .
