摘要
目的探讨血清降钙素原在急性细菌性脑膜炎及病毒性脑炎的诊断价值。方法应用免疫荧光法对52例中枢神经系统感染患儿的血清降钙素原水平进行测定,并比较C反应蛋白、外周血白细胞计数、脑脊液白细胞数、蛋白含量对感染病因辅助诊断的价值。结果 24例急性细菌性脑膜炎患儿血清降钙素原水平明显升高,28例病毒性脑炎的血清降钙素原水平仅轻度升高(P<0.05)。而血清C反应蛋白、脑脊液白细胞数及蛋白含量在急性细菌性脑膜炎及病毒性脑炎中有重叠。结论血清降钙素原对鉴别小儿急性细菌性脑膜炎及病毒性脑炎有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of serum PCT level in children with acute bacterial meningitis and viral encephalitis.Methods The serum PCT levels were measured by immuno fluorescenle and compared with the serum C-reactive protein（CRP）,the counts of white cells（WBC）in blood,the counts of white cells and protein concentrations of cerebrospinal fluid（CSF）in 52 children.Results The results showed that the mean value of the serum PCT in 24 children with acute bacterial meningitis were higher than that in 28 children with viral encephalitis（P〈0.05）,while the counts of white cells（WBC）in blood,the data of the white cells,protein concentration of CSF and the serum CR showed a zone of overlapping values between two groups.Conclusion The measurement of the serum PCT is valuable in diagnosis of acute bacterial meningitis and viral encephalitis.
