摘要
深水天然气田开发中,水合物抑制是一项关键技术,用作水合物抑制剂的乙二醇系统是深水天然气生产处理工艺的关键系统之一。结垢和腐蚀问题是影响乙二醇系统正常运行的主要原因。本文从乙二醇系统的结垢和腐蚀机理出发,提出优化工艺系统设计和操作的解决方法,从而提高工艺系统设备的可靠性。
Hydrate prevention is key technology in deep water gas field development. MEG (Mono- Ethylene Glycol) system that prevent hydrate is one of the most important systems in deep water gas process facilities. Scaling and corrosion are the badly problem and affect the availability of MEG system. This article researched the mechanism of scaling and corrosion of MEG system. According to the result, proposed to optimize MEG system design and operation in order to improve process equipment reliability.
