摘要
对微交联EVA的形状记忆特性进行了研究,结果发现其回复温度基本对应材料的熔融温度;回复过程实质是链段的松弛过程,具有明显的时间依赖性;此外还研究了该功能材料的动态力学性能,揭示了形状记忆高分子的高弹平台特性。
This dissertation systematically studied the shapememorizing functional properties of slightly crosslinked EVA material. The results show that the shape recovering temperature corresponds to the meltingtemperature of material, and the recovering process is completely dependent on the recovering time. Additionally, the Dynamical Thermomechanical Analysis was also taken, it indicates that the shape memorizing polymers have a highelasticallymodule platform, and also show what determines the shapefixed rate.
