摘要
应用红外分析仪对硫化矿及渣中的高硫进行测定.不改变仪器原设定参数,提出一个线性化区域外的近似点校正法.方法可测高硫含量10%~50%,相对标准偏差<2.5%.
It is reported that high content of sulfur in sulfur ores and slags was determined by IR-absorp-tion spectrometric method using a IR C/S analyzer. An approximation calibration method, outside of the linearity range is proposed and the determination can be done with the analyzer without changing the parameters set originally. A RSD of smaller than 2.5% is obtained for the determination of sulfur content between 10%-50%.
