摘要
三维激光扫描作为激光的重要应用之一,其需求甚广,在许多领域都发挥着重要作用(如反向工程),具有其他同类三维扫描技术所无法比拟的精度和范围。但是,由于其制造技术复杂,性能要求极高,因此只有少数国家能够掌握。文中介绍了激光测距,以及通过激光测距实现三维扫描的原理,提出了一种新的激光控制技术——直角反射式三维激光扫描技术,并给出了一种基于此方法的三维扫描仪的设计方案。最后,分析了造成该方法误差的几方面原因。实验结果表明:直角反射式三维激光扫描技术能够有效地提高三维激光扫描仪的性能和精度,并且在一定程度上降低三维激光扫描仪的制造难度。
3D laser scanning is a main application of laser,which is demanded widely,and plays an important role in many fields,such as reverse engineering etc.Its precision and range are far beyond other similar techniques in 3D scanning.However,because of the difficulty of manufacturing technology.There are only several counties mastering the technology.In this paper the principle of laser ranging and 3D laser scanning via laser ranging were introduced.A new laser control method—right-angle reflection 3D laser scanning,and a 3D laser scanner design based on the method were proposed.At last,the causation which will bring errors to the result was analyzed.The experimental results show that the right-angle reflection 3D laser scanning can improve performance and precision of the 3D laser scanner effectively,and decreases the difficulty in manufacturing in a certain extent.
