Calcium Binding Protein (CaMCBP) and Earthworm New Calcium Binding Protein (CaMNCBP) in
thin film were determined through the technique of FTIR spectroscopic method and curvefitting.
The changes in the secondary structure of Calmodulin upon the addition of Ca\+\{2+\},
Eu\+\{3+\}, Tb\+\{3+\} and the activity of PDE enzyme were also measured, from which the effect
of rare earth ions on the conformation of Calmodulins were discussed.\=\;
