摘要 报道了高纯氧化钇中30种痕量稀土和非稀土杂质元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法.考察了谱干扰及基体效应,采用Ga内标能较好地补偿基体钇的影响.方法检出限为0.013~4.1μg/L.方法简便、快速、灵敏. The method of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry for determination of impurities of 30 trace rare earth and non-rare earth elements in high purity ytterbium oxide was studied. The spectral interferences and matrix effect on the method were discussed. The matrix effect of Y could effectively beeliminated by using Ga as an internal standard. The detection limits are 0.013-4.1 μg/L. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
