摘要
压气站是输气管道重要的组成部分。将压气站分为清管区、压气区、阀组区、工艺管道区4个区域,运用人为因素分析中的SHEL模型和Reason模型,建立了压气站事故的SHEL-Reason联合模型,对压气站的失效可能性进行了分析,并提出了防止压气站事故的措施。
Compressing stations are necessary part of gas transmission lines. Based on the four divided areas,which are pigging area,compressing area,valve group area and process pipeline area, respectively,the failure probability of compressing stations by use of SHEL and Reason model of human factors was analyzed, and ~a combination SHEL-Reason model was built up. Based on the newly built combination model, preventive measurements are given to avoid compressing stations from accidents.
